How soon after giving birth did you get your first period?
Today is exactly 4 weeks since I had DS and I swear I feel AF coming. I have cramps and feel crankly...is it possible that it could come so soon? I'm still spotting since I had the baby.

I think I had a 1 or 2 week break from 6 weeks of bleeding to my next AF, so yes, it can come that fast.

Its been almost 3 months for me, and no AF yet, I could only BF for 6 weeks.. no idea when it will come..

i am 6.5 month PP and still no AF. i BFed for about 5 months.
ETA: i am not a doctor, but unless you start bleeding more heavily i wouldn't think you are getting AF. those cramps could just be your uterus contracting. i bled for 6 weeks (bleeding and spotting) post partum.

i just got it 2 days ago . I stopped bf at 6 months, and ds is currently7.5 months....i really did not miss it.

I woke up with same thought. Im still bleeding and will be 4 weeks thursday.. but i feel really crampy and seems like it got heavier.. I think its my AF? Im still bfing tho. With last pregnancy I didnt get AF until after I stopped.

Mine came 4 weeks PP and I did not breast feed. I thought it was really early but when I went in for my 6 week PP check up the dr. said it was possible.
