How to increase CM?
Other than robitussin, which I have a real aversion to, what other ways are there to increase CM?
I think I've heard Carrots and Carrot Juice.
And water?
Anything else??

Re: How to increase CM?
Evening primrose oil, and alfalfa tablets. Robitussen thins out the mucus doesn't give you more, however, if you don't like robi, but need that effect, you can use "mucinex" in tablet form.
Drinking homemade lemonade or better yet, water with lime and or lemons with very little sugar, can also alkalize your cm....so it's more sperm friendly

Re: How to increase CM?
Robitussen is good to use to make the cervical mucus thin...and stretchy,....if you have thick cm normally. Some women don't produce enough cervical mucus and robi won't 'give them more". You are okay skygirl :) Robi is fine for ttc :)
Evening primrose and water, can help you increase the actual mucus. Green tea as well but, there are mixed views on it lately.

Re: How to increase CM?
This is interesting. I have noticed that some months my "fertile" CM (yes, I have been paying attention since thinking of TTC) is much more "visible" and lasts for a longer period than other months. This also does not happen all that often.
For you ladies that know a lot about this is this normal? What does it mean? Is there a reason?
Thanks I am so thankful for finding this board
