How to tell the difference between leaking fluid and cm?
For the past week, I feel like Im always "leaking" (TMI- sorry)
Sometimes it looks as if I peed a little bit in my underwear...
I know that sometimes there is an increase in CM but how do you tell the difference..????

the way I always tell is by smell....if it smellslike urine (ammonia), it is! I am sure it's just discharge

I think fluid smells sweet. I know its gross to smell your undies, but I think that is difference.

somtimes regular discharge it doesnt have an odor either. Fluid is thin, like water, its not thick or sticky like discharge.

This is odor less, but thin- its not sticky, creamy or white...

it sounds to me like discharge. Amniotic fluid, has a sweet, distinct smell. If you are still concerned, call your MD. Just so you reasssure yourself.
