can you tell the difference bewteen pain from a cyst or cramps from the meds?

i know this month i was taking alot of meds, first the provera, then clomid then hcg now the progesterone.
i have cramping and an uncomfortable full feeling in my lower abdomen. its alot on my right side but it does go to the left too. i called the drs office and they said it could be from the progesterone or i have a leftover cyst. how do you know when to get nervous about the discomfort you are having? and if it is a cyst how long do they usually ache for before they dissolve? i had a cyst burst before that was a long time ago and it wasnt fun. i hope the same doesnt happen.

Hmmm. Sounds like it could still be from the HCG shot. I had uncomfortable fullness/pain in the lower abdomen for a few days after...different from any AF cramps or stuff from any other meds. I would think that a cyst would be more localized pain in the ovary area, not lower abdomen. Make sure you are drinking lots of fluids.
