huh? cable question
so I just tried to call time warner cable to make an appointment for the new apartment
and some how I am on the phone with cablevision?
I guess b/c I am calling from 516???
of course I am on hold-
I didn't think they were the same company

Isn't there some generic number to call for cable and they shuttle you to the appropriate cable company for your area? That may be the number you called instead of Cablevision directly.

yep- I got cable vision
I called the number from time warners web site
now how the heck am I going to call time warner- go to my Grandmas in Queens?????
I just asked- they are no the same company- he is going to try to connect me
