Hulk Hogan's Son to Leave Jail Three Months Early
Thanks to his good behavior behind bars, Hulk Hogan's son Nick Bollea is being released from jail three months early, Entertainment Tonight confirms.
He is due to be released from Pinellas County Jail in Clearwater, Fla., on Oct. 21.
Bollea, 18, has been serving eight months in jail after pleading no contest to reckless driving charges stemming from an August 2007 crash that left his best friend, John Graziano, in critical condition. (Graziano now requires lifelong care.)
"I would like to apologize to the Grazianos and to my family for the accident," Bollea said in court at the time of his sentencing. "Every single day I think about the accident and about John."

It is BS that he is getting out early on bad behavior, at the same time he will be living a lifelong punishment knowing that he almost killed his best friend and his best friend is now crippled for life.

Yes, this is true - unfortunately.
Most people get out early on good behavior. The person who killed my friend got out about three months early which means he served HALF of his six month sentence.
It is RIDICULOUS.
I am just waiting to see how early they let the guy who hit my brother out. Just waiting for it.

In all fairness he almost killed his friend but I am sure his friend was out there for the thrills just like he was. Maybe there is something I don't know about this story.
I was raised and will raise my children to realize it all comes down to personal responsibility. If you feel uncomfortable in a car you GET OUT.
