Human Resouce People---???
My dh went for a job interview. He was interviewed by the person in human resources and the owner. She called today to make sure his application was exactly what he wanted as she is going to submit it.
Does this mean he is just going to go into a pile of other applications with the owner or are they interested in him?

IDK...every company has different procedures. I would assume it means it is going to be reviewd by someone higher up. HTH

Since he was interviewed by the owner, I assumed it meant she was going to give it to him to review again with maybe other candidates. Thanks :)
