hunter mountain
Has anyone ever been there? If so, have you gotten a room in the area? My DH, BIL and I are heading there this weekend. My ILs gave us gift certificates/lift tickets for Christmas and soon it's going to be too warm to ski!
Anyway, all of the hotels they list seem expensive or gross... I'm trying to find a reasonable rate on a room in the area.
Anyone know of any?

Great B&B up there that we stayed at. We stayed off season so I think it was around 100.00 for the night. Nice rooms and nice owners. It is called The RoseHaven. http://www.rosehaveninn.com/

Do a search for B&B in the are, they are musch nice then hotels.
