I already know the answer, just need some extra confirmation...
So I went to the Dr. yesterday, had a pap and an internal sono. He told me I would spot after the pap (actually he said "I can see already you'll going to bleed/stain a little after this." UGH) Yesterday-no spotting. Today-just had some brown discharge. I can basically cough it up to the pap and not freak out, right?? Right??

Yes - if he said he saw that you would bleed/stain afterwards and it's brown - that is definitely it.
I spotted during my first tri and in my second tri and although it was concerning to me - it ended up being nothing, just an irritation of the cervix.

Yes, it is still scary though. With my first pregnancy I spotted after my internal sonogram. I knew it was b/c of that, but I was still worried.

I bleed quite a bit the night when I got my pap and had slight spotting the next day, and all is fine. It is nervewracking if my dr hadent told me to expect it I'd would have been freaking out. Our cervixes are just so more sensitive now that we're pregnant so anything agitating it will make us spot.
