I am a bundle of nerves today
I am having a conflict with my best friend. I know we will get through this.. we have already gone through the worst of it. I love her so much!
I have been upset with her DH and she finally noticed that we don't hang out just the 4 of us anymore. I didn't say anything, and today I did. I was very diplomatic and put in in "I feel" and I was hurt, etc.. and she understood. (Not to mention every member of her family has had a conflict with him- I even helped her older sister and him resolve some issues). He never told her the whole story- which I expected  So now we are working on resolving it.
But the conversation came about on e-mail and she is a teacher and doesn't have the steady e-mail access that I do. So I am waiting for her response- which will probably be the last one since its almost resolved. But I am so nervous waiting for her response.
I just hate conflicts with my friends.
Ironic because my whole career is based on conflict.

I know the feeling. I don't like conflict in my life. Not with my family or friends. I guess all you can really do now is wait & hope for the best. I'm sure it'll be ok...it's just the waiting part that stinks. Keep us posted.

I know it will be. She (smartly) suggested we get together and clear the air. I have been avoiding him, so of course nothing got better. I told her I think its a good idea- but I need him to admit he was wrong. I don't want to hear excuses. I just don't want to get into a fight. I think it'll be OK.

see, that's a tough situation for your friend since it's her husband that's involved.

I know... which is why I never said anything- hoping it will blow over. I don't know if its the Scopio in me or the hormones, but it never did. I probably wouldn't have said anything, but she noticed that we no longer hang out the 4 of us and I had to say something. I;m sure it will be OK...I just want to get her e-mail.
I sent hte last 2 e-mails. The last e-mail I sent was telling her how much I love her and how I know we can resolve this and I think she is right, that we should get togeteher to discuss.
