I am an infertility "graduate" and have a question regarding insurance

I am a recent graduate of East Coast Fertility. Although I do have great coverage I know I still owe $ for all my co-pays and some percentage of cyropreservation. However, it's been 3 months and I haven't seen a bill, nor have I seen that they billed my insurance company for my IVF and am wondering why??

Any thought?

I just started at East Coast Fertility and I was wondering the same thing about insurance.
