I am angry people won't return my calls!

I am waiting a call from the IVF coordinator at RSOFNY. It is like getting in touch with the president. I NEED her to check my PGD coverage before I move on....for 1 week I have not gotten a call back! I keep leaving messages! She is holding the whole thing up. What do I do?


Does anyone know the name of the IVF coordinators at Stonybrook or W. Islip I can call????

the financial coordinator @ stone brook is danielle ****stone (hazy on her last name). if you call there and ask for danielle the financial coordinator they'll know who you mean. i have always had to leave a message, but she's been great about returning my calls.

I go to WI and I spoke with Danielle at SB. she was wonderful and got back to me ASAP.

I think there are certain days danielle is not there. I would ask if she is in. I never had a problem with her getting back to me.

If you're trying to get Cheryl ( i think that is her name..) i've found that you may have better luck going in there and trying to see her in person.

every time i had a question, i would make sure to see her after an appt and i always found her to be very helpful. Maybe try going in there one morning if you can? You might find you have better luck than waiting for her to return your call (not sure why she didn't return calls.. but she was always super responsive in person)

Thank you ladies! I called the WI office today. They were so helpful. I then called SB and left a message for Danielle. She handles the IVF $ for all other offices.

I think Cheryl needs a talking to!
