I am at the worst part of pregnancy....
I have 6 weeks to go and my maternity pants are starting to get too tight.
So, do I go to Old navy and spend a small fortune on 2 pairs for the next 2 weeks??
It's so frustrating, because I need bigger sizes, but it kills me to spend the money now.

Maybe try thrift stores? I can only wear my full panel pants now. . . the others are way too uncomfortable

do you know anyone with basic sewing skills? if you make two little slits right at the top, one the side seams - you will be amazed how much longer you can wear them!
i may or may not have had to do this with pants before even getting pregnant

My last few weeks of pregnency I LIVED in sweat pants and yoga pants that were waaay big on me LOL. (Not at that point tho LOL) I only dealt with the maturnity pants when I needed to go out...and on the way home I would put them under my belly LOL

I was in the same boat as you and I sucked it up and bought bigger black and tan pants and jeans since they're what I wear mostly. 6 weeks is a LOONG time and I needed them for work. I just wear the same pants over and over though so it was only about $100. I went to Kohl's - they have great pants there.

I was the same way and didn't want to spend the money. But I did go buy a pair of sweats that I could wear at the end and right after - they're very comfy, maybe try something like that.
