I am furious re: oil delivery
I had a contract with Petro last year and I was being charge $2 and change for oil. Of course when it came to renew my contract for this year it was around $3.10 at the time. My father talked me into going with 1-800-HEAT-USA b/c supposably they come in .20$ below oil costs (my parents and alot of their friends have switched). I just got an oil deliver for over $1,000 and was charged $3.42 a gallon  That is insance and definetely not .20$ below other oil company prices right now.
What is everyone else locked in at?

We are not locked in & payed $3.03 a gallon the other day (cost me $775 to fill the tank ). Hence the reason I am desperate to get windows & siding done!
I would call the company and ask about that price!!!

How many gallons was that for?
My landlords got an oil bill (they told us about it because they flipped out) for 537$ this year.
I told my sister about it and she said hers was over $700.
Oil is EXPENSIVE this year.

We also have HEAT USA and I got charged 3.33 a gallon, who did they assign you to, FM if you prefer

That is the going rate right now. I just spoke to three family members on HEAT-USA and they all paid within 10 cents of that. I know it's unbelievable but that is actually 20 cents lower than going rate of many companies right now.
