I am SO angry right now: re the hearing test.
Christopher was born on a Thursday night. Friday, like midday they come and try to do the hearing test. The girl is annoying me b/c she first does it while I am holding him, then she comes back and took him literally 2 minutes after his circumsicion and basically he didn't pass in one ear.
So, she tells us that no one in the audiology department works on Saturday morning, so we have to take him ourselves, fine. Whatever.
So, for the FIVE weeks that I live on Staten Island I call 2x per week to try to get an appointment, either they don't return messages, or they say they will call me what, I get the MAJOR runaround.
So, I move, we take Christopher to a new ped and he sends him to get the test done and Stony Brook, he passes, all is right with the world.
Fast foward to today, this b!tch from SIUH leaves a NASTY message on DH's cell phone LYING about how we just took him home and never brought him back and how she didn't have our phone number, yada yada. AND that she is going to call CHILD WELFARE SERVICES on us! So, I call her back and basically rip her a new one about how SHE didn't call me back and I am sorry that SHE is so incompentent and how dare she threaten me like that.
Oh and it turns out, my ped had sent the results to my old ped just in case. I am not sure if something was lost in translation, but whatever.
Who can I complain to about this woman? The hospital?
