I am SO exhausted today!
I am 7w tomorrow and I could barely get up this morning.  Since 10am I have felt like I am about to fall asleep at my desk. I keep getting up to walk around and it helps a tiny bit but as soon as I'm back at my desk I'm ready for a nap again.
Can it just be the weather and or a one time thing? Or should I expect to feel like this going forward?

At 7 weeks I was feeling exactly the same way, but ALL the time. LOL. No matter what I did. ... Now at 18w I still have my moments, but I tend to balme it on the weather. LOL. I never finished my post....gesh...prgenency brain latly or WHAT? LOL 
Yes...there will be days that you will just feel sleepy... naps do WONDERS! Your bodys working overtime as my DH puts it LOL.

I'm 10wks and still feeling this way- some days more than others. I definitely think the weather has something to do with it.

You are not alone. I def. felt that way at 7 weeks and still feel that way. Today has been one of those days and the weather just isn't helping.
