I am SO proud of my little man!! AND- an update on the cough!

So I picked him up early from daycare as we had a Dr appt for the cough. When I got there, one of his teachers asked if we taught him sign language at home. I said no and she said "Wow, he's really learning it" She went on to say she was teaching them how to sign milk and more and he was the only one to actually do it! This same teacher had told me before he is the 2nd youngest in his group and he talks & knows the most words!

As for the dr appt- his ears are clear, his chest is clear, his nose is full of boogies and his throat has phlegm. All good- as there is no ear infection, no asthma or bronchitis! We were told if it doesn't get better or if he has a fever w/i the next 7 days to return.

She did say when I put him down for bed to NOT give milk, to give water. The milk is the worst for the phlegm, which I knew, but I know he loves his milk/nighttime bottle.

OH, and when leaving daycare, he was blowing kisses to his teachers and the girls in his class!

Thanks! I am really so proud! To add to it, I was sitting on the floor playing with him and we stopped with one toy moving on to another when he signed and said "More" and pointed to the toy we'd just stopped playing with!!!
