Dan texted me at 12:15 am.
Baby Rogan, despite all of our prayers and good wishes, did not make it.
Gerty came through ok.
He will send me more details later.
Rest in peace, sweet baby. You were loved more than you will ever know.

This is the saddest news in the longest time, what a heartbreaking time for poor Gerty and Dan and their families, and so unfair and why...why could this happen?

This is just the saddest day! That poor little angel! We prayed so hard for all of them! I cant help to ask WHY? One day maybe will know! Gerty and Dan I will keep praying for you and baby Rogan. God Bless all of you!

I am at a loss for words. I'll never understand why these things happen. This is just the most difficult thing one could ever imagine.
I will continue to pray for Gerty and Dan and little Rogan. God has other plans for him.

Baby Rogan affected all of our lives. For whatever reason he was sent here to do that. To make his mommy and Daddy stronger, to give us all renewed love and appreciation for those we have, to pull us together, to teach us whats IMPORTANT....So he will never be forgotten, he did so much without ever taking a breath.
Rest in peace Baby Rogan.

OMG that is devastating. My heart is breaking for them. I'm crying over a stranger I've never met bc I KNOW that they do not deserve this.
