I am such a loser...my incision is infected! UGH!!
I followed all instructions and here I am packed with gauze! I am so annoyed at myself! First the UTI, now this!!!! And, I can't stop crying at the most stupid things!!!!!

I feel for you My incision was infected for just under 2 months from the humidity  The last few days actually brought a bunch of the redness back but not as severe.
I was just miserable and in tears until my OB prescribed 2 different steroid antibiotic creams and 1 oral - then I became human again. The pain and uncomfortableness was much, much worse than healing from the c/s - ontop of all the emotions of just having a baby I was horrible to DH at times (thankfully he understood)
I aired it and cleaned it properly but it did not get better until I had the antibiotics and a break with the humidity!
I hope you feel better very soon! If it gets worse see if you can get the prescription. FM me if you need the name

Same thing happened to me. I actually had to have a nurse come and pack the incision 2x per day!
