I bought something from Lillian Vernon and I needed to return it...
They said don't worry about it. They are refunding me my money and told me to donate it to charity
I thought that was sooo nice.

That happened to me with Lillian Vernon too. They sent me something that I didn't order, but they credited me and told me to donate it to charity.

lillan vernon is awesome like that. This past christmas i ordered an ornament that supposed to personalized, it came blank. when i called them up then sent me a new ornament personalized and told me to keep the original one free of charge.
