I cannot deal with HIP anymore !!

I am soooo pissssed right now !! My daughters insurance was terminated due to non payment although I sent it and I sent it with my other daughters payment and yet my other daughters insurance is fine !! I send 2 seperate money orders with their names and account numbers on there !!
I have called them 10 x's to get to the bottom of this !! 1 person said it was b/c they didn't recieve recertification papers ( which it was sent ,and with my other daughters papers ! I went to the office to have them done right !) Then another says its the payment they didnt recieve !! now Im on the phone again on hold for someone else to "look into it" I cant stand going through this !! Im really sick, I slept 2 hrs last night b/c of the baby, and I have my "friend" I am going to cry !!

I would call Empire or United and see if you can switch to them and dump HIP. How frustrating! I hope it gets worked out!!

They just kept me on the phone for 45 minutes to tell me they need to send the info to enrollment for them to look into it and they told me to call back in 5 buisness days and they should have an answer by then !!
I also gave me another reference number b/c they owe me a refund so they told me to call tomorrow about that !!
Im in the process of getting them other insurance
