I cannot take my own crying any more! When do the horomones balance out?
I am sitting here crying hysterically at the Sopranos. This is not normal! The babies are great and I am really happy, but I can cry at the drop of a hat!
When does it get better? Without post-partum, I am sappy enough (a cancer)!

I was really bad for about 6 weeks then they started to level. I think it was gone by 8 weeks. It was so weird. I was totally depressed for weeks and then I just woke up and the clouds were gone and I was me again
I hope it happens soon for you If you are really depressed I'd call your OB. I had to.

Double the baby, double the hormones.
That's how my doc put it to me and DH. He said I would definitely feel it. It might not necessarily be PPD (and it wasn't) but yeah, I felt it. But then again it's hard to tell what's hormonal and what's pure exhaustion juggling twins after the initial adrenaline rush wears off.
Running back and forth to a NICU over 40 miles away for a week and trying to EBF twin B (who was home) may have had something to do with it 
So it might take a few days. My OB told my DH to really monitor any changes in me.
I hope it passes soon.

mine was bad for about 3 weeks and then one day, it just lifted...such a helpless feeling....it will get better

i was a disaster for about 6-8 weeks after the birth. it really does get better, even though you want to put through a wall anyone who tells you that!

Well lately I cry whenever my daughter cries. I can't take her being upset and it totally kills me. So my Dh ends up with two crying girls on his hands. I can't wait for the hormones to chill out already.
