i cant believe i am writing on here
But we are thinking of trying again in May. i am still on BCP. Do you think I should stop taking it now or finish this pack and that would be it

personally i would stop taking them now...it may take a few months for your body to readjust and start Oing again...this way you can be more prepared!! Good luck!!!

i would stop taking them too if you are ready!! like the PP said.. it takes a few months for your body to get back to normal!

Welcome! I would stop taking them after this cycle, just to give your body time to adjust.

If you're in the middle of a pack I would probably just finish it out. If you're about to start a pack, then i would probably just skip it.

I would probably just stop, but only if you are prepared to possibly get pg right away. It may take some time to readjust but I also have friends who went off and boom got preggo right away.

I would stop them now only if you are ready if you get a BFP immediately-or you can do what DH and I did-we stopped them (I was getting sick and on antibiotics, but we couldn't officially try for another three months) and use condoms. Good luck!

I would stop now. I heard that it is good to give your body a few cycles off BCP so that your uterus lining gets thicker or something like that. Apparently, when you are on BC the lining stays thin.
