I just finished my 7th week (I think?) on WW and I lost 1.4 lbs. I cannot believe it!!! I had the worst week ever and I still lost weight? I have no idea how? Chat Icon Chat Icon

I ate left over cake 2 nights in a row from my son's Baptism, then I ate at the Outback for my DH's B-day, I had steak, lots of bread, salad, cheese fries, then I had burgers and fries 2 times this week, chocolate, cookies, my job had their Xmas luncheon with salad, pasta, and chocolate cake. I can't see how it's possible? I'm not even working out yet? I am truly amazed!
