I can't sleep long enough to take accurate temps!
I started taking my temps at 7 am when I normally get up, but lately I've been waking up (briefly) anywhere between 4:30 am-6 am and if I go back to sleep and take my temp at 7 am I won't have the recommended 3 hours of continuous sleep to take an accurate temperature.
Has anyone else had this problem? What did you do?

Did you think of anything to fix it (short of setting the alarm for 4 am every day!)?
BTW nice screen name!

When you say "wake up" do you just mean open your eyes, check the clock, and fall back asleep? If so, I used to do this a lot and then temp at my regular time and there was no disturbance. (I'm taking a break from temping, hence the 'past' tense).

If it's just a momentary thing, it won't make a difference.

Yes! I'll start temping at my normal time and see how my chart looks. Thanks!

No..I figure I have the same routine everyday, so the temp will be affected the same, I don't actually get up and out of bed so...
Are you a lu?..It's part of my name
