I can't take this pain anymore

It's horrible! I've had cramps, leg cramps & bad back pains for almost a week! I don't ever recall getting cramps in the past after ovulation. Not like this anyway. The past few days I've noticed I have it in the morning (as soon as I get up), mid afternoon and again at night. The back pain is all over my lower back, and the leg cramp is just a twinge but only on my left side. Am I losing my mind!? Does anyone else experience this after ovulation???

yes, i did...this month from 4DPO all the way till AF showed...i had cramps. not really in my back though. I hear that many people feel cramps before the BFP comes though so not to get your hopes up, but you never know...maybe it's your month!

What you have actually sounds like sciatica. Have you had any injuries in the past?

I have a herniation in L4-L5 and L5-S1. When I get spasms or something is compressed I get pain that you described. I actually get lumbar epidurals for it.

I personally would bring this up to both your OB and your regular doctor. If you get AF, you might need an MRI to see if you have herniations.

Pain in your back can be debilitating, and it can radiate to the front and mimic cramps and run down the leg. My pain management specialist told me this at my last visit,
