I didn't believe that Kate Gosselin had Botox BUT...
I saw this pic and saw a very small resemblance (in the forehead only)
To this:
ETA- I think it's more in the expression, because her forehead doesn't look like actual plastic, unlike Jocelyn Wildenstein's.

I agree, it looks a little severe for botox. She was looking good there for awhile but I think she went too far.
