I feel like I am going crazy.
I can't stop thinking "why me"? At my job, there are literally 7 other women who are pregnant. Seeing them every day is like tourture. Why did this have to happen to me? Why am I never one of the lucky ones? I don't even feel like myself anymore. I'm sad and depressed all the time, not to mention bitter and angry. I cry all the time. Please tell me I'm not the only one who feels this way and that it will get better. I can't take much more. Thanks for letting me vent

Re: I feel like I am going crazy.
I'm pretty new to this whole miscarriage nightmare but I can tell you I was literally about to breakdown in my OBs office yesterday surrounded by all of the pregnant women. It is so hard not to feel bitter, but I think it's a normal feeling. I hope anyway, because I don't know how I'll ever shake it until I'm one of the big pregnant women that I saw yesterday. I didn't know it would be this hard!

Re: I feel like I am going crazy.
You are def not alone hun!
Going through a loss is a very emotional time. I had a hard time dealing with my two miscarriages and went through so many emotions. Just remember going through a loss they show is the same emotional toll as losing an immediate family member. It is normal to feel sad and depressed.
I rememeber how mad and jealous I was when anyone was pregnant and it wasnt me. You wouldnt be human if at some point you didnt feel all these different emotion.
I promise it will get better. Eventually your miracle will come true and then this painful journey just makes sense.
I know it doesnt seem like that now, but I am now 36 weeks pregnant and the struggle to get here just doesnt matter anymore. Hope that helps!
Lots of prayers for you and dust!!

Re: I feel like I am going crazy.
You are not alone. I was angry, crying and dperessed and bitter all the time, everyone around me was pregnant. I also work in pediatrics so that did not help. It was torture coming to work. Everyday gets easier. it takes awhile. I just told myself I need to deal with today. You have the right to feel however you want to. You will have your time, sending

Re: I feel like I am going crazy.
I felt a lot of these same exact emotions!! why me... why can't ANYTHING ever just come easy for me? why must I REALLY REALLY have to fight for the things in my life??
sad, depressed, crying at anything or anytime. anxiety, etc.
it's a really hard thing to go through.
if it ever gets too hard for you... there are miscarriage therapists that you can speak to. just so you know. my doctor had me go to one.
i can tell you that it does get better. you will never forget that time in your life and what you lost... but with time it will become easier to get through the days. for me it took months and months... but eventually i did get to a place where I started to feel more good than bad.. if that makes sense.
just give yourself time.
i'm sooo sorry for what you have been through.

Re: I feel like I am going crazy.
You are def not alone.... everything that your feeling and how you are acting is all normal. Let your emotions out there is absolutley nothing wrong with it. Everyone deals differently... I felt the same way as you, why me?... so angry, emotional, ect. This is the process of coping and things will get better for you, I promise.

Re: I feel like I am going crazy.
What you are feeling is normal. It is such an emotional roller coaster. When I had my mc I had a friend due the same day I would have been. Then when I started feeling better the would have been 12 week mark came around and I found out other people were pregnant and I lost it again. It's so hard. I'm sorry you have to go through it. It will get better though.

Re: I feel like I am going crazy.
I have thought this countless times in the last several months since my loss. My pregnancy ended at 17.5wks due to complications that were less than 1%. My doctors had seen it only like 2 or 3 times in their whole career. This was also after going through rounds of fertility treatments to get pregnant in the first place (loss was unrelated to the treatments)
As my due date approaches and I still have not gotten pregnant (though currently in the 2ww to find out if this cycle worked) I asked myself almost daily .. why me?!" .. but then I have to remember all the things I DO have- like my amazing DH and our house we bought last spring.
Things will get better! They have to!!

You are not alone. What you're feeling is perfectly normal.
I had my 4th m/c on 9/7, and am taking it pretty hard. I started seeing a therapist to help me work through everything.

Re: I feel like I am going crazy.
I hear ya! I feel like I was way too blessed the first time around. Everything was so easy and now I am here. The only thing that will keep me stron right now is the fact that there was obviously a reason for this one to not be ok and it could have prolonged with more difficult decisions. God gives us what we can handle. We will all be back in action in no time...maybe together!!!!

Re: I feel like I am going crazy.
How you feel is perfectly normal. There is no good answer for you or any of us, unfortunately. I felt the same way every time, after the 3rd one I felt sometimes like God was punishing me for something, but I know it's not true.
As time has gone on, it still stings, but as time goes on, you won't even be totally aware of it, but it will start to ease.
