i feel like sticking my finger down my throat!!
and just throwing up if it means that this acid reflux will go away!!! uuuugggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
its like, sitting at the top of my throat, almost like if i put my finger in i could touch it....how freaken uncomfortable, and this is the worst part of my pregnancy!!!!

tums, and zantac 150 have been my saving grace/bff's.....

I heard on TV (one of those natural remedy segments) that you could take a teaspoon of vinegar.
I hardly ever get acid reflux, so I never tried it. I know it sounds like a bad idea, but supposedly your body needs the acid.
I think the tums work for the moment, but I thought they actually make it worse.

AH acid reflux!!! I have it so bad they put me on prevacid! Mine was a NIGHTMARE I had to go see a gastroanteroligst(sp) anyway ,,I will tell that papaya helps that big odd looking fruit.I'm sure you know this dont eat spicy food no coffee, no chocolate and i know this is easier said than done (at least for me) sleep with your head elevated!!!! FEEL BETTER!
