Does anyone feel bad for John Edwards?
I feel like he is getting no media attention b/c it is all about the first black and the first woman running for President. I dont know if I will vote for him, but I think he has some valid points and some good ideas. It was amazing during the last primary, Clinton and Obama were arguing like children and he was like "is this who you want running this country?" They were more interested in taking jabs at each other than talking about the issues.

No.
I feel bad that the country is more focused on the gender and color of people's skins than it is on the real issues facing our country.
I'd vote for a transexual purple midget scientologist if she/he could answer a question directly, and I felt she/he had good, realistic goals for the issues facing our country.

DAMMIT! I knew I should have entered the race. I didnt think anyone would vote for a purple person. I was wrong!

All kidding aside, to answer the OP's question... I dont feel bad for him per se, he just doesnt seem strong right now as much as I woud love for him to "grow a set" and say "Cut the crap you two. We have serious sh** to take care of here."
I think people are way too caught up in the possibility of a first woman or first African-American as president to even care about him. I hope to G-d that people do not vote for either Clinton or Obama for those reasons. That would destroy my faith in America. Frankly, neither one of them are doing it for me right now and neither is Edwards.

To tell you the truth i really dont want any of them for president... my vote is for goldi i'm for the cheese.. in all seriousness if i really had to chose a president now and if he was running i would vote for guilanni, i'm not sure if spelled his name right. i dont want hillary i dont like her, john edwards tried once before and did not get in, i dont like his ideas, and abama i not crazy about either, SO im stuck.

i dont have a child so i have no excuse.. im glad to hear that im not the only one who thought it was psychic john edwards too haha..
to answer the question at hand.. i don't feel bad for him.. b/c if he had a great platform there would be some media attention on him..he just falls in line with the rest of the candidates

I'm not a fan of John Edwards to begin with- so I wouldn't have voted for him anyway. An added reason for me is that I just feel that he might not be as focused as a President with his wife battling cancer.
Regardless of what she wanted (she's encouraged him to continue), I feel that he should have dropped out when her cancer returned last March to be a supportive husband.....

I really like John Edwards, but he has no chance in hell of winning. I just really like him for some reason and feel bad for him a way and understand what you are saying. I just can't stand Obama for some reason, and Hillary is not a fav. of mine either.
