I Fell Running Last Night!
I have been running for years and I have never fallen once and last night I totally, and I mean totally, wiped out. I literally came close to scratching my face up. I started stumbling tried hard to keep my legs under me and when I realized I couldn't I put my hands out just in time. I scrapped up my knee badly and my hand, but my face escaped any cuts..but it did hit the pavement. I was so mortified that I just got up and kept running convinced someone in one of the houses saw me and was laughing out loud.
On my nike + it showed a dip when I fell. I had a good laugh about it.

My face was all  until you wrote about the nike+ and the dip and it all went  . I'm glad you got a laugh but you were soooo lucky! Feel better!

I'm sorry to say that I until the nike+ part too!
I'm sorry about the fall...that stinks...I fell with a baby jogger last year - I made DH take me to get xrays on xmas eve
