I felt like a real fool yesterday
Since I started TTC, I have become sensitive when I hear that other people are expecting. In the past two months I have heard of 2 women I know but do not particularly care were pregnant. Of course I cried to my husband and he gave me the when it is our turn lecture and to be happy for what we have. In the past week I learned that one of the girls, her baby stopped growing arounf 8 weeks and the other girl, after an amnio they found the baby has a lot of genetic problem and they have to terminate the pregnancy, she is 18 weeks. It humbled me, to think I felt jealous over these women and now look what happened to them.

I know how you feel, DH and I are trying and it hasn't happened yet. My sister is PG with her fifth kid, my cousin is PG with her first and DH's BFF just got his girlfriend preggo...
But before I get bitter about it I have to realize that it's not my turn yet. When it's my time, it'll happen.
Sorry to hear about your friend's babies, that's very sad

It's okay. You can't control your emotions and you certinley couldn't control the horrible things that happened to them.

Have you ever heard the Garth Brooks song.. "thank God for unanswered prayers".. I sometimes feel that there is a bigger thing out there that knows what is better for us and when the right time for us will be,,, I am sorry to hear about your friends

I agree. Everyone has those feelings sometimes. You cannot control what happens to others or how you feel. I'm sorry to hear about your friends. Please do not feel like a fool.
