I got the pattern from the same book as the sweater I made, 'baby knits' by debbie bliss. I am now making booties and a hat to match the sweater from the same book.
I guess I am not new to knitting anymore, I started 2 years ago.

Is that a christening dress? It's beautiful. My friend's mom chrocheted my friend's daughter's dress and it was so pretty and unusual.

Only 2 years?!?!?! I've been crocheting since I was 9 and I can still only make things that are square or rectangle in shape, lol!

no, its not a christening dress, but I did give it to her on that day!
I am thinking of making a Christening dress for my baby. Maybe just knit the top, and sew the dress part. Just a thought.

2 years  I have been knitting for 2 years, but I can't seem to graduate from squares (blankets) and rectangles (scarfs).
It's beautiful!!!
