I Forgot to Tell You...
A few weeks ago while still on the hunt for a babysitter/mother's helper, I figured I'd peek at Craigslist just to see what's out there, if perhaps any local moms/women were looking for P/T work (though I'd probably never go through w/ it even if I found Mary Poppins just b/c I found them online, but anyway...)
I read a post from a woman who fit the exact job description I was looking for, well, curiosity got the best of me & I emailed her.
She wrote back the next day & said that her current employer decided to keep her on, fine.
I noticed she had a link to her profile from a nanny service "nannies for hire" I think, so I clicked on it.
Now YOU tell ME, doesn't SHE look a lot like a HE????????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!! 
I mean, just look at that facial bone structure, check out thise biceps! It doesn't even look like (s)he's holding a real baby?!
Hey, I'll hang with a tranny any day, but this just freaked me out a bit!

She can't be that good of a nanny. The car seat is in the FRONT seat??
One of our daycare teachers (and my new babysitter when I need her ) is always looking for extra cash. What's even better is her best friend is working part time & looking for a job. Do you want me to ask for you?
I told her to get a bunch of friends together & make a babysitting pool that we can all use.

I found my current babysitter on Craigslist. ( I did do a pretty extensive background check though.) But, I got some very weird replies! I wouldn't have let some of those that responded watch my dog, let alone my daughter!
