I forgot what kind of Olive Oil to buy?
Was I suppose to get Virgin or Light for cooking steak, eggs etc?

It depends! Extra Virgin burns easily so you don't really want to fry in it but it gives the most flavor. If you are sauteing, this is the oil for you.
If you are adding it to cakes and other baked goods, sometimes you want a lighter oil and don't want the flavor to be overpowered.
