I found out the law for NYS has changed

regarding buying wine and having it shipped. At the liquor store they informed that you can now buy wine from out of state and have it shipped to your home.

I really want to buy the wine we bought in Maui and have it shipped to my house. So, I am looking for a website or literature that documents the change in law.

Cany anyone help me find this or where to look?
