i got a FREE diaper bag!!
from the doctor's office today at my visit!!
so happy. love free stuff that is useful!!
4 or 6 bottles of formula, wipes, nipples, and the BAG!! (not sure what else is in there) Image Attachment(s):

I got the same one on Tuesday. My DH was thrilled because now he has his own bag and won't have to carry a brown and pink one!

When all was said and done...I got 3 free bags, one from ob/gyn, one from the hospital and one from the ped. office. Gotta love the free stuff

after going to the site, will they automatically send it to you, or do you have to print out that thing to give it to the hospital for the diaper bag?

I got the same from my OB and then another at a class I took at the hospital! So fun getting free stuff, though I doubt i will use the bag. Maybe my husband will since it's black and a little more manly than the floral kate spade diaper bag i got!

my hospital uses Similac, no certificate needed, I did sign up on the similac website though.
The enfamil ones both came from the doctors offices.
Believe it or not, the bag I use most is the similac ones. I absolutely love my diaper bag, but its so much easier to use the similac one
