what a great house and priced to SELL
i sent it to my husband who's coworker has been agressively looking in Levittown
i told him its a steal and he better move quick!! (using my broker skills! LOL)

Wow, your house is gorgeous. Karissa, I don't think you're going to have any trouble selling it.
This is the best thing that you could do...a fresh start is best!
