I had my first meeting with my RE
Very nice, went over everything with me. He charted out a course of action regarding testing. I'm totally LOST! So many blood test, this test, that test. I dont know where to begin

I know exactly how you feel. I am still VERY new to this, and it's extremely overwhelming. My advice - ASK QUESTIONS!! If you don't understand something, ask your doctor, or even ask here! That's how I am learning about all of this. Also, I am keeping a notebook/folder with notes so I have ALL my information handy (including test results, meds, etc.).

Hang in there. It's a bit daunting at first my you get the hang of it. Take a look at the next seven days for me:
Saturday - blood test
Monday - mammogram
Tuesday - IVF class
Friday - blood tests & saline sonogram
You get the hang of it...
