I had such a great time last night....
in the ER. 
I've been having severe pains in my stomach and lower back for the past 3 days. I could not take the pain anymore and decided to make a trip to the hospital. I got to the hospital at 12:00am and didn't leave until 4:30am. I am so tired right now I want to go back home.

yes and no. the pain is gone for right now but the answer they gave me as to why I had the pain in the first place is not correct. i made an appointment with my doctor for a second opinion.

they said they think i had a cyst that burst.
is it normal for your hand to hurt after they take the iv out? my hand is killing me right now.

Ice it...and yes it can hurt..I have little veins and the IV always hurts after.

I hope you feel better soon. This happened to me. Not to scare you, but, did they check for gall stones?
I had to have my gall bladder out, pretty much emergency.

i believe they did. i was in such a daze last night from not sleeping i can't remember what they did. they did an ultra sound and a cat scan so i'm sure if it was gall stones it would show up no?

It would have probably showed up then.

Feel better!!
I had a cyst burst once and it felt like a really sharp pain throughout. They had to do a ton of tests to find out what it was in the ER and then I had to have immediate surgery. Not saying it's that, but it started with sharp cramps that I ignored.

yes it is normal for your hand to be sore, the nurse that put my iv in druing labor sucked and my hand hurt for days
