I had THE BEST prenatal massage yesterday

I received Spafinder gc's for my birthday and finally used them.

I went to Above All Massage Therapy in Smithtown. OMG. 90 minutes of Heaven. http://www.aboveallmassagetherapy.com/

I had James. He was fabulous. The bed was sooooo comfortable and I was able to lay on my stomach. THey had a cushion to support my belly. it was heaven and I can't wait to go back.

So if anyone's looking for a place I HIGHLY suggest this one.

Where they able to really get into your knots or did they just "graze" over them. I just had a massage, and thats what they did....i just really want the knots and tension out of my back, but she said she can't because I am pregnant...that they can only able a certain amount of pressure?

I have horrible sciatica and he focused on it. it was incredible. I've had many massages and have to say hands down this was the best. and this was wayy better than my prenatal massage I had when i was pg with dd
