I HATE BRU!!!!!!

I am officially done with BRU! I will spend the extra money at BBB and will try never to shop at BRU again! My MIL bought us our crib and dresser. She had bought it in July and brought it over to our house. Because I am Jewish I left it in the garage and didn't look at it. The day I had the baby (in September) my brother went over to my house and put the crib and dresser together. While I was in the hospital DH (in passing) mentioned that he liked the different color of the crib and dresser. Long story short they gave MIL the wrong crib but charged her for the other one. So while I am in the hospital DH went over to BRU in college point and explained the situation. Apparently this happened with a few other people and they would return our crib and give us the new one but it was on back order. Well the crib finally came in and was supposed to be delivered today and set up and the old one taken back! Well according to the delivery instructions the crib is only delivery only and they refused to set it up and said we had to call BRU and then they would have to come back to set it up! Now DH has to set up this crib after coming home from work today and he only got 4 hours of sleep last night!!!! BRU keeps screwing up - never mind the other issues I have had with my registry. I am writing a letter to the company complaining! Sorry so long I just had to vent!

That is horrible!!! I agree, I don't shop there anymore unless it is something I absolutely need and they are the only ones that carry it.

Same thing with TRU and their return policy. I go to Walmart or Target because I KNOW I can return it and won't have a problem.

They pulled the same crap with my crib and I got a 150 credit or something like that!!

Unless I have a gift certificate I refuse to shop there.
