I HATE EZPASS
I went through NJ twice in the last 4 months and apparently the toll didn't register on my ezpass-so i get a violation notice with a $25 admin fee!
GGGRRRRRR!!!!
I call them and get someone after being on hold for 25 minutes who talks down to me for the second time in a month.
This girl couldn't say the word Ma'am enough to me.
I just found out that I got one on May 13. I guess my ez pass doesn't work on the turnpike!
Now I have to call NY ezpass and get a new device.

It happens to my boss all the time, I usually write a letter (cannot stand waiting forever for someone to talk to me) and they waive the fee and just ask that you either send payment for the toll amount or they charge it to your ezpass acct.
Don't let them get the fees from you is BS
