I HATE feeling like a bad parent

I sent my 11 1/2 yr old to bed at 7:15. She asked if she could have a peice of cheese before going to her room to watch TV, read, etc. before bed. I told her ok. Well I walked away for LITERALLY 5 seconds and she was caught by my dh stuffing cookies in her pants--
This is not the first time she did this. She lost her priveledge of the computer for a week, A.GAIN.
Of course I feel like a bad parent because I have to constantly yell at her (she has ADHD and is CRAZY off her meds). It is worse in the morning and night when she is off her meds.
I wish someone would have told me how HARD parenting is. I would have done it over again and I do have a 2nd younger child but at least I would have known what I was heading for-lol!!
