I hate getting older

I feel that time is now coming that people closer to me (closer relatives) are getting sick and starting to die

My uncle passed away last week from liver cancer at 63. My stepdad is 58 and was diagnosted with Parkinston decease last year.

It $ucks to grow old!!!!!!

I agree. It is unbelievable. You never think that this will happen to a member of your family at such a young age. I thought I was going to be older when my parents died and especailly when Danielles dad would pass away....I never knew it would be at such a young age and I wish we had more time to spend with them before.....I miss them so much.

DH's mom died when he was 13. His dad passed away from a massive heart attach at the age of 64 as a complete shock to us 1.5 years ago 3 days after we came back from our HM (still feels like yesterday!) and I am not over it yet.

Now my uncle.

I am so sorry for your loss. It's horrible to lose a parent. I am not ready to admit that eventually I will lose my mom.
