I HATE insurance!!!

So we are starting the process of using donor eggs since mine aren't functioning, and we were waiting to hear if we were approved, we heard today that we will only be covered for my part of the cycle not the donors ALTHOUGH I have donor egg coverage with the insurance I carry!!! I am so ******. The requirement had to be met by one of three, a: patient eggs cannot be retrieved, b: patient has non-functioning ovaries or c: patient oocytes are genetically defective. Well, I qualify with A and B. I do not produce ANY follies for any type of retrieval and I am in premature ovarian failure!!!! Why is my insurance saying I don't qualify????? I am so mad, I e-mail my RE to ask exactly what he wrote on my pre-authorazation letter to get me denied, needless to say we will be appealing this decision!! I have great IF coverage but its been a fight every step of the way for it!!!!
