I hate it when I call in sick...

and I say I am "working from home" because I know one or two things need to go out... And then so many things seem to happen when I am home... and I feel so guilty for calling in sick (which I only let myself get away with cause I thought it would be slow)... and now I cannot relax, even though I am exhausted and I am contemplating just going in.

Is it so wrong to call in sick-- why do I always feel so guilty--- I only don't feel guilty if I really am like totally deathly ill.

I am the same exact way.
I will work from home to get one or two things done when sick. Then it turns out that everything starts falling apart and I end up working all day and not getting ANY rest.
I feel too guilty calling in sick unless I'm vomitting or something.
What is wrong with us?
