I hate Kraupners too! UPDATE They forgot my ganerelix

Well my "window" was 1-5 and its 5:30, not to mention they called at 3 and said the guy was on his way out with my order and would be here within the window. Guess not. I know he's only a half hour late but I was given a 4 hour window they should have let me know if he wasn't going to make it. I hate them I really do. I used them with LI-IVF and now SIRM everytime it takes forever to get someone on the phone and there is always an issue. God willing this is the last time I have to deal with them but if this cycle fails I am definitley making sure they use Schrafts next time.

UPDATE- Annoying they showed up at 6 and forgot my ganerelix and syringes! I am going to ask if they can call it into SB Pharm. UGH Hate waiting all day for them to forget things!

Oh no! That sucks. I'm sorry that you had to be inconvenienced by them, too. If they only knew we were giving them bad advertising, maybe they'd make good with coupons or something.

I gotta say I love Freedom Pharmacy, they were always there when I needed them and if they couldn't reach me they called every number I gave them until they did. Not that that helps you now. And hopefully you never ever have to order these drugs again! Good luck Amanda!!!!

I always have had missing meds from my delivery. The thing that is a pain in the a$$ is that now you have to wait those long hours again for the second delivery.
