I hate my new phone
I just upgraded to the blackberry torch and I HATE it
hate the touchscreen so much and miss my real keyboard.....I can't even enter a single password or # without messing up.
I wonder if I should have gotten the other model of BB with an actual keyboard and not this touchscreen.
I know there are real things to be upset about, but this has me really worked up that I can't figure this freaking phone out

i think most phone companies let you return the phone to get a different phone within 2 weeks.
i have the same problem with touch screen phones too. that's why i can't get an iphone lol. i love real keys on my phone too much hahaha

I have a 2 week window, less the restocking fee
I feel like such a loser since everybody loves the iphone so much and this is similar.....I'm in tears that I can't type on it

I think with Verzon it's 30 days to exchange, And I'm pretty sure they charge some sort of restock fee.

no blackberry compares to a android/iphone.
you should really test drive your phone at the store before you buy to avoid this. Try it in the store, then order from where ever you got it from.
There are sensitivity options you can change to help you type better.

I HATED the torch. Sold it after 2 days.
I sold it on ebay and used that money to buy the Iphone.

don't feel like a loser over this. i totally know what you mean though. DH is in love with his iphone but i can't deal with typing/dialing on his phone.

I have a BB Torch, and I do love it, but I never ever use the touchpad keyboard, I always use the slide out keyboard. The touchscreen keyboard is crap, but I do love the other touchscreen features.
You will get used to it! Good luck!
The BB is different to an android or an iPhone, but not many of the other phones have keyboards these days, most have touchscreen keyboards. Good luck!!!!

Don't feel like a loser.
I can't use a touchscreen either.
HATE.
HATE. I find it to be the worst invention to hit the planet.
Return it- it's worth paying th restocking fee.
Go for something with a keyboard.
I know I am.
I am limited to a few phones this way, but at least I won't want to throw the damnn thing out the window everytime I try to use it!
And for what it's worth- I got an iPhone and returned it last year.
Worst phone I ever owned IMO

I got the newer one from Verizon and it's all touch.....it's the closest BB has to an iphone and I HATE it.
I got so frustrated with the damn thing last night.....
I may actually go back to Verizon and get the Bold or whatever has a keyboard.

When I first went to a touch screen I hated it too. It was more of an adjustment phase. Now after having two of them I could never go back.

Yes you will hate it just as much.
I tried.
I really did. Gave it the old college try.
It was horrendous.
I wanted to fling it out of a moving car.
Wanted to throw it against a wall.
Touch screen just isn't for me.
If you are having issues with touch screen, you won't like this one any more than what you have now.

I have a droid for personal and a bb for business. I have had my droid for a year now, and i still hate typing on it. im ok at texting, since errors and short cuts are ok in texts. i hate when i have to email on it, and i really just dont. i like the internet and apps on it. i hate using the internet on my blackberry. i dont think there's a phone out there that i could love, because they all seem to have their issues.
