I hate my supervisor...have to vent
I have a supervisor at work that keeps me out of the loop on a lot....and when I tell her that I feel like I don't know what's going on, she gives me a blanket "well I don't understand how you could feel out of the loop" and when I try to explain, she doesn't listen.
She expects me to know things without every explaining it to me and then scoulds me when I DONT know them. And when she scoulds me, she talks to me like i'm a complete moron.
Even our boss knows this woman does this and yet, the boss thinks she's the greatest thing in the world.
